How Inspow generates the invoices for each period of a subscription and how to stop billing.

Inspow bills each period of your subscriptions without manual intervention: you don’t have to create each month’s invoices.

How it works

Section titled “How it works”
  • First invoice: it is issued a few days before the subscription starts (5 days by default).
  • Following periods: the invoice for each new period is generated on the day that period starts (8:00 a.m., Colombia time).
  • Each invoice is sent automatically to the client and receives reminders while it is pending.
  • Billing continues while the subscription is Pending Parent Confirmation, Pending Payment or Active, until its end date. If it is Suspended, billing is paused.

How to stop billing

To stop a subscription from generating invoices:

  • Cancel it (with its reason), or
  • Suspend it (by editing its status), or
  • Give it an end date.
