Create your organization

Your Organization is the space that groups your users, beneficiaries, plans, subscriptions and invoices. Each organization has its own link (for example, /join/your-organization for the online sign-up).

Who creates it

The organization is created by the Inspow team when you sign up for the service. At that point the following are defined:

• The organization’s name and its short identifier (the one that appears in your links).
• The sector (restaurant or food service, school, gym, academy, club, coworking or clinic), which decides which modules you see in the menu and what they are called.
• The regional preferences (country, time zone, currency and language), the logo and the colors. See Preferences.
• The owner account, with full access.

Note

Today this information is changed by the Inspow team: if you need a different name, logo, sector or time zone, ask support.

Your first steps

1. Sign in with the owner account and review the side menu: you will see your sector’s modules.
2. Invite your team and assign them roles (see Users and staff and Roles).
3. Create your first plans.
4. Load your clients: one by one or with the bulk import.
5. If you want them to enroll and pay on their own, turn on the online sign-up.

Tip

The sector automatically adapts the menu and the names: for example, Ingredients, Recipes, Meal Menus and Holidays only appear in sectors with a food service, and a gym sees Members and Memberships where a cafeteria sees Beneficiaries and Plans.
