Announcements and bulletins

Inspow doesn’t have a bulk email announcements module yet. To share news with your clients, today you have these options:

WhatsApp campaigns

If you have the WhatsApp Agent, campaigns send a Meta-approved template to a list of numbers, immediately or scheduled. Inspow skips those who asked not to receive messages.

Caution

Only send communications to people who agreed to receive them. WhatsApp requires prior consent and approved templates to start conversations. Always respect data protection regulations and the wishes of anyone who asks to stop receiving notices.

Weekly menu notice

In sectors with a food service, the Notify button in Meal Menus notifies families of the menu for a date range (see Plan the weekly menu).

Automatic notifications

Inspow already sends many communications for you: new invoices, payment reminders, overdue invoices, payment proofs under review and attendance records. Before writing a manual message, check whether the automatic notification already covers it (see Notifications and Invoices and payments).
