Welcome to the user guide for Inspow: mothers, fathers and guardians, members, students, club members or patients who use the platform from their personal account.

What can you do?

• Getting started: what Inspow is, creating your account, signing in and recovering your password.
• My membership: see your subscriptions, your invoices, how to pay them and the profile of your beneficiaries.
• Attendance & menus: show the QR code, follow your usage for the month and check the meal menu.
• Account & notifications: your profile, your account’s security and how to get alerts.
• Communication: talk to your organization’s WhatsApp assistant.

Note

What you see depends on the type of organization (gym, school, clinic, etc.) and on what your organization has enabled. If a section is missing, ask your organization.
