My beneficiaries

Beneficiaries are the people in your care who use the service (for example, your children). Your organization registers them and links them to your account as a responsible; you can check their profile.

Gimnasio

In the menu they appear as Members.

Colegio

In the menu they appear as Beneficiaries.

Academia

In the menu they appear as Students.

Club

In the menu they appear as Club members.

Coworking

In the menu they appear as Coworkers.

Clínica

In the menu they appear as Patients.

The list

Each card shows the photo or the initials, the name, the status (Active), the age and the grade, the responsibles and, if any, how many allergies are recorded. You only see the people you are responsible for.

The profile

Press a card to open their profile on the right. It has several tabs:

Tab	What you see
Summary	Status, age, grade and how many responsibles and allergies they have.
Responsibles	The people in charge and their relationship (mother, father…).
Health	The recorded allergies and their severity (Low, Moderate or Critical).

Health data

If an allergy is missing or wrong, tell your organization so they can fix it: it’s the information the staff use (for example, in the dining hall). You can check it, but you can’t edit it.

The beneficiary’s QR code

The QR code for registering attendance is in Subscriptions, in the ⋯ menu of the active subscription → View QR Code. See Register attendance.
