Attendance & menus
My attendance history
Where to see how many times the service was used this month and the notifications for each attendance record.
Inspow saves an Attendance Record every time the service is used, with the date, the time, the service (for example, lunch) and the entry method. As a user, you follow it from two places.
The month’s summary on Home
Section titled “The month’s summary on Home”On Home, the cards at the top summarize your month:

| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Meal Types This month | How many services have been consumed in the month (“Consumed this month”). |
| Plan Usage | How much of the monthly plan has been used. If your plan has no service limit, you’ll see “No monthly limit”. |
| Current Plan | The plan and its status. |
The notifications for each record
Section titled “The notifications for each record”Each record reaches you as an Attendance registered notification in the bell, with the beneficiary’s name, the service and the time (“Martina Ruiz Demo had lunch at 12:10”). This way you can check day by day that the record was made. See Notification channels.
Days attended and services
Section titled “Days attended and services”- A day counts as attended for a service when there is a record of that service on that date.
- Each service of the day (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner…) generates its own record, and it can only be registered once per day.
